Introduction to Becoming a Walden Staff member
Want a summer job where you can teach kids new things, meet tons of new people, and
spend every day outside?? Apply to Camp Walden for next summer! This link includes
more detailed Information about how to become a part of the Camp Walden staff.

Position Descriptions
We have many positions available including Unit Heads, Cabin Counselors, Specialty
Counselors, Nurses, Maintenance Staff, Administrative Staff, and Food Staff. We believe
each position is equally important to making Walden the success it is. A typical summer is
7 weeks long from late June to Mid-August. There are also positions available before and
after the camp session. Follow this link to find out more about each position and see which

Clothing List
A printable list of everything you will need for a summer at Camp Walden. The list includes
recommended and mandatory clothing and camp items. We have indicated how many of each
item we find makes for the best summer stay. Remember, we have a tuck shop on the
camp grounds just in case you forget anything like your toothbrush or run out of shampoo!
